My name is Dan Sullivan and I’m the Republican nominee for the 9th Congressional District of Massachusetts, encompassing the South Shore, South Coast, Cape Cod, and the Islands.
Some people may think it’s a fool’s errand to run as a Republican in this state. Remember, in 1972, Massachusetts was the only state in the country that voted for the socialist George McGovern.
Today, the Democrat Party controls 86.2% of elected offices, 98.8% of the bureaucracy, all 9 Congressional and both Senate seats, the Governor’s Office, and every statewide office.
The question is whether one-party rule is good for a healthy democracy.
If you’re satisfied with the status quo, or you like more of the same, then your choice is clear. Vote for Bill Keating again.
The status quo has made Bill Keating a very wealthy man. In the past 3 ½ years, Bill Keating has spent more time in Europe drumming up support for the war in Ukraine than he has invested in our district. War has been very good for Keating’s stock portfolio.
Remember, Keating voted for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and is the #1 cheerleader in Congress for war in Ukraine. Keating shows no interest in peace.
I’m not a professional politician. I don’t want to become a career politician. If anything, I’m the anti-politician.
I’m a registered nurse. I’m committed to prudence and good judgment. I advise my patients “Everything in moderation, including moderation.” I believe moderation is the key to health and wellness in life, leisure, work, and politics.
We have no moderation in our politics and policies. “It’s win-at-all-costs.” “It’s my way or the highway.” “It’s the-ends-justify-the-means.” Is that how you want your democracy to work? I don’t.
I can promise you this—unlike Bill Keating who voted for the disastrous Bidenomics, the Joe Biden Build Back Better Bust, the fraudulent American Rescue Plan, and the failed Inflation Reduction Act—I will never be a rubber stamp for bad policies, bad laws, or bad actors.
The question is not whether it’s Left versus Right, it’s about Right from Wrong. There’s a proverb that says “Mighty oak trees grow from acorns.” I want to be that acorn of progress and change for you.
I’m Nurse Dan Sullivan, and I ask for your vote for Congress.
Thank you.
